Freedom of Information Act Requests
All Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests must be directed to the Department of Transformation and Shared Services Legal Office. Requests may be submitted by email, fax, or mail.

Once you have filed a request, you will receive an initial response acknowledging that TSS has received it. Our Legal staff will inform you whether TSS possesses files pertaining to the request and how you may view or receive the information. If the requested files are large, you may be asked to visit our office to view them and be given information on scheduling a time to do so.
