EBD is excited to provide Medicare-eligible retirees the coverage you are accustomed to, plus additional services through the new ARBenefits Group Medicare Advantage (PPO) plan. This plan is exclusively designed with you in mind and requires no further action to enjoy these new benefits! Why Medicare Advantage?

The ARBenefits Group Medicare Advantage (PPO) plan differs from other Medicare plans you might see advertised. Retirees will see significant savings on their monthly plan premiums, as well as access to services that aren’t currently available. Specialized benefits offered on this plan include:

• free gym membership
• enhanced hearing and vision benefits
• dental and drug coverage
• the ability to see any provider (in or out of network) as long as they accept Medicare
• access to in-home visits to review your health history and perform a health screening
• access to support when recovering from hospital stays

How do I enroll?

You will be sent a letter approximately 90 days before you become Medicare eligible and you can select the Medicare Advantage Plan OR you can reach out to the Employee Benefits Division for assistance.

UnitedHealthcare will host in-person, online, and phone informational sessions, allowing you to learn more about your new plan.

Upcoming UHC 2025 Informational Meetings and Venues

To join the online meeting:         

1. Go to webex.com.
2. At the top right of the page, select and click the “Join a meeting” button.  .
3. Enter the Meeting number into the Meeting number field. 
4. Enter your name, email address and the Event password.
5. Click the “Join Now” button to join the meeting.     
6. To hear the presentation, dial 1-844-291-6362, then enter access code 3237167.

To dial-in only for the online meeting:   

1. If you don’t have access to the internet, you can call 1-844-291-6362, TTY 711 to hear the presentation.     
2. Enter access code 3237167 and follow the instructions that you hear on the phone.
