OSP Director Approval Forms

Each of the following procurement methods require the Department of Transformation and Shared Services (TSS) Office of State Procurement (OSP) Director or agency procurement official approval prior to initiating:

•  Special procurements
•  Sole source procurements
•  Emergency and critical emergency procurements
•  Request for Qualifications (RFQ), unless otherwise allowable by statute
•  Multiple award and Request for Proposals (RFP)

To streamline these often time-sensitive requests for approval, OSP created new forms and procedures for state personnel to use when submitting requests for OSP Director review. The new forms and procedures documents can be found by visiting the Laws, Rules and Guidelines page of the OSP website. 

Each procedure document includes instructions on how to name the completed form, where to submit it and what to do with the approval once it’s received. Following the instructions will ensure the quickest and most efficient review of the request.
