Jessica Patterson Assumes Role as Director of the Office of State Procurement

Little Rock, Arkansas—The Arkansas Department of Transformation and Shared Services is pleased to announce Jessica Patterson’s appointment as the Director of the Office of State Procurement. She currently serves as the Transformation and Shared Services Chief General Counsel. She will continue serving in this capacity alongside her new appointment.

In her new role, Patterson will spearhead procurement processes for the state, prioritizing transparency, efficiency, and compliance.

Reflecting on her appointment, Patterson stated, “I am deeply honored to continue my service with the state as the Director of the Office of State Procurement. I am excited to lead our talented and dedicated team.”

Transformation and Shared Services Secretary Leslie Fisken expressed confidence in Patterson’s ability to excel in her new role. Fisken remarked, “Jessica’s leadership and legal experience will be instrumental in advancing our mission to enhance efficency and accountability. I have no doubt that under her guidance, we will achieve remarkable progress.”

Jessica received her undergraduate degree from the University of Georgia and her Juris Doctorate from Tulane University School of Law.
