Access to shop in the Arkansas Amazon Business Account is limited to specific individuals (referred to as requisitioners) whose duties include management of an active P-Card and procurement of goods/services on behalf of an agency. Assignment of requisitioners to the Arkansas Amazon Business account must be made by the Group Administrator for each agency.
GET STARTED: FIRST-TIME SETUP
Step 1: Identify and designate group administrator(s) to establish an Arkansas Amazon Business account
The group administrator(s) must finalize the account to perform administrative duties for the agency. It is recommended that a minimum of two (2) group administrators be assigned. Each administrator must complete the Administrator Request and Agreement Form. Administrators must review the Amazon Setup Guide, Introduction for New Business Administrators Guide, and Frequently Asked Questions.
Step 2: Establish structure of the account
The group administrator(s) must determine the structure of the account and complete the User Listing form.
Step 3: Add requisitioner(s) to the account
Administrator(s) are responsible for assigning user roles and permissions to the account.
Step 4: Requisitioner(s) finalize access to the account
Requisitioner(s) receive an electronic invitation and must respond to finalize access to the account.
