Updated COVID-19 Coverage

At-home COVID-testing coverage

Effective January 15, 2022, purchases of at-home COVID-19 test kits will be eligible for reimbursement.

Per federal regulation, members are limited to eight at-home COVID-19 kits per month, per person. Beginning January 19, the federal government is making at-home tests available to the public at no-cost. You can order four (4) free COVID-19 at home test kits per household with free delivery to your home by signing up at COVIDtests.gov.

Reimbursement is limited to those at-home test kits approved for emergency use by the federal government. A list of those test kits can be accessed here.

Members requesting reimbursement for purchased test kits must fill out a form, which can be accessed here. Members will also be required to show a receipt as proof of purchase of a qualifying at-home test. Completed forms, with supporting documentation, should be submitted to the Employee Benefits Division for processing. Reimbursement will be mailed to the address on file with ARBenefits of the requesting member.
