Little Rock, Arkansas— The Arkansas Department of Transformation and Shared Services Employee Benefits Division (EBD) is pleased to announce the open enrollment period for active state and public school employees, which will run from October 1 through October 31, 2024. During this time, employees will have the opportunity to review and update their benefit selections for the upcoming year. Open enrollment for retirees is November 1 through November 30, 2024.  Any updates made will go into effect on January 1, 2025.

Employees are encouraged to explore their benefit options and make any necessary adjustments to their health insurance, health savings accounts, and flexible spending accounts. Updated rates and detailed plan information can be found on the EBD website at www.transform.ar.gov/employee-benefits.
