Maintains and executes schedule and equipment for satellite downlink teleconferences. Performs faculty production services, such as developing transparencies, laminate materials, and other forms of learning and educational resources. Performs and/or provides photographs and photographic services and video taping and video editing to patrons. Receives and checks out media equipment to faculty and staff. Assists with educational distance learning programs, technology training, classes, workshops, and seminars and monitors computer equipment. Assists with overall operations of the facility by answering telephone, providing directions, sampling/testing equipment, and preparing communications. Performs and assists with set-up and operation of electronic media equipment, such as projection units, laptops, and projection screens. Manages the audiovisual library by maintaining equipment, cataloging audio-visuals, ensuring proper location of audiovisuals on shelves, performing annual inventory control, and releasing equipment to faculty or students. Performs other duties as assigned.
