Grant Wallace, Director of the Employee Benefits Division (EBD), is a lifelong Arkansan who was born and raised in Little Rock, where he graduated from Catholic High School for Boys. Wallace graduated Summa Cum Laude with a bachelor’s degree in general studies from Texas Tech University.

He has an extensive background in State government, which goes back to first working for then-Governor Mike Huckabee as the Deputy Director for the Arkansas Washington, DC office. Most recently, Wallace served as Chief Deputy Treasurer for former Treasurer and now Auditor Dennis Milligan. He has received multiple national honors, such as the “State Government Staff Leadership” award and “National Public Finance Employee of the Year.” 

Wallace enjoys spending time with his family, giving back to his church, a fan of various sports, movies and traveling.
