- Eligibility to contribute to an Flexible Spending Account (FSA) (only for state employees)
Classic Plan
Our Classic Plan is a great mid-level plan option for you and your family. This plan features:
- Coinsurance
- Eligibility to contribute to an Health Savings Account (HSA)
- Embedded Deductible (once a member of the family reaches the embedded amount of $2,800, co-insurance will kick in for that family member.)
Basic Plan
The Basic Plan is a great option for those who are looking for the most affordable option. This Plan features:
